These are my shared items and notes from Google Reader for February 11th:
- Twitter Fast Growing Beyond Its Messaging Roots | Epicenter from Wired.com – Mike Lawrence shared this article with me – about hardware being created to use twitter… so we can monitor it of course. :)
- Democracy Web | Welcome to Democracy Web – This site looks amazing. It seems like it would be an eye opening experience for adults – and it's designed for use with students. Check out the "Map of Freedom" to start.
- Green Cleaning Products – Diapers – Laundry Detergent – Non-toxic Cleaners – We use a lot of Seventh Generation products around the house, and I learn a lot from their news letters. Just now I joined their social network, the Seventh Generation Nation, so I thought I'd pass it on here for others interested in "green living" – and who don't mind learning tips from a corporate entity. ;)
- JeopardyLabs – Online Jeopardy Template – This looks like an easy "Web 2.0" version of the old teacher favorite, the Jeopardy PowerPoint template, which, frankly, left a lot of room for user error.
