Keep a “mistake” log – Lifehacker

Brilliant! And a blog could certainly be used this way, allowing for feedback and comments from others. If done with care, this could be a model for a learning journal in a school context. At best it could support an encourage the “21st century skill” of risk taking… in order to learn from mistakes.
