California Association for the Gifted Conference Sessions: Blogs and Games

Today I will be presenting two sessions at the California Association for the Gifted Conference in Palm Springs… just days before the CUE conference in the same beautiful new convention center.

I will be presenting an Introduction to Blogs and the Read/Write Web (pdf) followed by an Introduction to Video Games in Education (pdf) to an audience of educators who teach gifted students. I imagine they will really run with these ideas and I’m looking forward to it.

After some fiddling with these slides, I decided to go with a more bare bones and conversational/demo approach. There should be enough URLs here to get anyone started, but if you have any questions don’t hesitate to comment here or email me for more information.

If you are at the event, you may also find me at the CUE booth before my sessions. Below are the materials and links for the sessions.
