He doesn’t define it here, but the idea of connectivism, as opposed to behaviorism, cognitivism, or constructivism might be an important idea and might capture some of what we are talking about at the OCDE.
This is not new, but it is a great discusison of 21st century skills in education… and worth archiving and drawing others’ attention to.
